The Market Leader for StoryBuilt’s Dallas office, reporting directly to the CEO and Institutional Capital partners. Joe was responsible for managing the companies Real Estate Investments along with overseeing the entire Real Estate Acquisition & Development process from conception to completion.

Throughout his 20 year Real Estate Development career, Joe has been known as a dynamic, seasoned, and results-driven Professional delivering on a variety of urban infill product types, including mixed-use, retail, hospitality, creative office, single family and multifamily residential developments.

Most notably, he has sourced, entitled, and developed $1 billion of Real Estate Investments. Delivering over $600 million of built Developments, so far in his career.

Prior to joining Storybuilt, Joe has worked at nationally recognized Real Estate Development firms such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, GGP (now Brookfield Properties) and Urban Offerings. He was also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching in the Real Estate Development program.

Joe served on the ULI Leadership Council, Community Life Ministry Council and Parish Council at St. Monica. He is a Finisher of the 140.6 mile Ironman Triathlon. Joe is Founder and Chairman of Pathway to Peace The Patricia and Jessica Lutz Foundation.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University, Master of Architecture from Clemson University and Master of Real Estate Development from University of Southern California.
